After 17 years of coaching and mentoring thousands of young women, I decided to create this book as a way to extend myself to be able to reach as many pageant goers as possible. This book is a simplified guide to help you along your Journey to the Crown. Throughout the pages, you'll find prompts, quotes, and even spaces to add your own photos, similar to a scrapbook. The questions and prompts are all things everyone, but especially pageant gals should reflect on, and more so before pageant week(end)! This book is yours to work through in any order, though I recommend waiting for pageant week(end) before you start on the last few pages. I hope this book helps you feel great about yourself, recognize your strengths, as well as your areas of improvement, and helps you feel like you put good work and thought into preparing for the crown.
