Following the book (details below), this is a progressive 40-day "challenge" that breaks everything down into small bite-sized pieces to help pace you in a way that is easy to keep up with. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. Your progress is to be tracked by you, and you're on your honor. You may schedule 1:1 weekly calls with Michelle if you wish to add it as a way of accountability.
